Retreat Vision

This retreat is a sacred, closed-group journey designed to gently support deep healing while also inviting joy, connection, and renewal. Through trauma-informed rebirthing breathwork, nature immersion, embodied creativity, nourishing meals, and heart-opening ceremonial practices, we weave together depth and lightness in equal measure. Each day builds upon the last, creating a powerful yet spacious arc of transformation within a carefully held and safe container. There is room here for profound release and breakthrough and also for laughter, beauty, rest, and the simple pleasure of being alive.

Together, as a small and intentional circle, we move breath by breath and layer by layer toward greater freedom, clarity, and remembrance of the inner light that has always been present.

Accomodation

The retreat will be held at the Wisdom of the Heart Centre, a peaceful sanctuary nestled in nature and surrounded by forest, with a gentle creek nearby for walks and reflection. While it feels deeply secluded, the centre is only 10 minutes from Mount Shasta town.

The space includes a warm and welcoming main hall with an indoor open fireplace, shared deck areas, and two large kitchens that support communal living. Accommodation is twin-share. I have stayed at and facilitated sessions at this centre. I feel deeply connected to the land and loving supportive energy it offers for this work.
