About Dharani
Dharani is a skilled and experienced facilitator specializing in rebirthing breathwork, sound therapy and cacao ceremonies. Having offered her transformative sessions in Bali, Melbourne, and Mt Shasta, she brings a unique blend of lived experience, intuitive sensitivity, and professional training to every session she holds.

As a breathwork facilitator and sound therapist, Dharani blends somatic practices, rebirthing breathwork, sound healing, cacao ceremonies, and dance, with conscious inquiry tools including coaching, art therapy, and guided meditation. This balance supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deep self-awareness, creating change from the inside out.

A Unique Path to Healing Work

Before stepping fully into healing practice, Dharani spent over 20 years as a Principal Design Strategist. In that role, she mastered the art of holding space for groups, facilitating workshops that moved people through uncertainty toward clarity and meaningful outcomes. She learned to read energy in a room, honor each voice, and guide collective process with intention, skills that now deeply inform how she facilitates transformative healing journeys. This background gives her a grounded, structured approach to creating safe containers while honoring the unpredictable, sacred nature of healing work.

Rooted in Lived Experience & Professional Training

Dharani's approach is rooted in lived experience. Navigating burnout, sexual trauma, disconnection, and the shedding of old identities. She knows the terrain of transformation from the inside out. This personal journey, combined with her professional training, shapes how she holds space with care, safety, and intention.

My approach
My approach is not about fixing you. It's about creating a safe, sacred container where your body, energy, and spirit remember their own innate capacity to heal and come back into harmony. I hold space with deep respect for the medicine, for your journey, and for the sacred nature of this work. My intention is to create containers where your heart can open, your spirit can rest, and your natural wisdom can emerge.
My mission is to empower to you to grow and transform toward a brighter future.

My guiding mantra: "I will walk with you through the darkness as you remember your light."
My work is deeply rooted in nature, leveraging the elements to help people reconnect with themselves and the natural world. My practice honors the ancestral lineage of cacao as sacred medicine, trauma-informed breathwork, while weaving in sound healing rooted in chinese medicine, the chakra system, and music theory.

Alongside her individual practice, Dharani co-creates Mount Shasta Light & Sound Tours with her husband David, a sound healing practitioner and gemstone jewlary artist. Together, they guide transformative experiences in the sacred landscape of Mount Shasta, weaving sound journeys, cacao ceremonies, and the healing wisdom of crystals and nature into immersive retreat experiences.
As an artist, she creates visual works inspired by nature and meditative visualizations, channeling the essence of her spiritual practices into her creations. One of her creative gems includes her first children's book, Peter The Patchy Purple Chipmunk, for which she created the watercolor drawings and wrote the text.
