WHAT IS CACAO CEREMONY AND SOUND JOURNEY?

Sound Journeys and Cacao Ceremonies are sacred practices that weave together the ancestral wisdom of cacao as heart medicine with the healing power of sound and vibration. These experiences create a deeply nourishing space for emotional, energetic, and spiritual transformation. The sessions are facilitated together with my husband David Phillips who has over 35 years experience and training in Sound healing.

Sound Journeys use therapeutic instruments, toning, and vibrational frequencies rooted in Chinese Medicine, the Chakra system, and music theory to guide you into profound relaxation and healing.  The Sound Journeys take into a journey through the elements. Connecting with your inner nature through nature.  As sound moves through your body, it harmonizes your energy, releases tension, and brings you back into alignment.

One that opens the heart, soothes the nervous system, and reconnects you with your inner wisdom and natural vitality.​ Ceremonial Cacao has been used for thousands of years as a heart-opening plant medicine.   • Opening & Intention Setting: We gather in circle (or 1:1), create sacred space, and set personal intentions for the journey.

​

  • Cacao Ceremony:  You'll receive ceremonial-grade cacao prepared with organic spices, intention, and prayers at a medicine-level dosage. This isn't a diluted cacao drink, it's a carefully prepared sacred dose designed to gently open your heart and prepare your body and spirit for the journey ahead.

  • Heart-Opening Visualization: You'll be guided through a gentle visualization to connect with your heart, your inner wisdom, ancestors and the supportive energies around you. Inviting clarity, guidance, and deeper self-knowing.

  • Sound Journey: You'll be guided into deep relaxation as therapeutic instruments, toning, and vibrational frequencies wash through your body, clearing tension and harmonizing your energy.
