I have extensive experience in applying Human Centered Design (HCD) to enable organisations surpass their objectives and metrics. I have a proven track record of achieving these goals over the last 20 years for corporations, government organisations, start-ups and non-for-profits. I am deeply passionate about building empathy for both users and stakeholders to create solutions that are delightful for users, viable and feasible for business. I thrive in adapting and enhancing HCD techniques to match business needs to drive profitability, blending HCD methodology in to product strategy and development, facilitation of workshops and mentoring people through the HCD methodology.

I am a partner of Global Village Market Ptd, Singapore and contract into major clients such as GIC Ptd, KFC Asia and Singapore Tourist Board.  I was the Senior Manager of the Grab Design strategy and Research team and in last two years worked for the same team as a consultant. Before joining Grab I was the Customer Experience Manager at Save the Children (STC) and a co-founders of nbn innovations, Customer Experience Designer at nbn and User Experience Designer at Monash University. My passion for HCD started in university which led me to complete my PhD in Human Computer Interaction that explored the possibilities of technologies for artists with upper limb disabilities. I have also presented numerous conferences such as Advance Service Design 2025, Asian HCI Symposium'22, CHiUXID 2018, UX Australia 2013, OZCHI 2005, 2008 & 2011, British HCI 2007 and C&C Washington DC 2007.
